I would like to find out how much my loan will end up costing me when it's all said and done. Where can I find this information?

The total cost isn't the same for every loan. Our finance charge is based on your creditworthiness, our proprietary scoring method, the amount you choose to borrow and the length of time you choose to keep your loan outstanding. Your finance charge and APR will be fully disclosed to you in your loan agreement which will be available to you before you choose to take out your loan. You can always speak to one of our team members to go over your loan agreement with you and discuss your specific costs. Apply NOW (https://***/) to see what you qualify for.

Sometimes this happens because we can't process payments on weekends or holidays. If you find yourself in this situation, just remember that your payment will be drafted one business day earlier, per the terms of your loan agreement.

To stop the automatic ACH withdrawals from your account on file, please email your request to us at customercare@withuloans.com and include “Terminate EFT Authorization” in the subject line and state that you wish to terminate your EFT Authorization. Please also include your name, address, and loan account number in this email. Just an FYI, you'll need to send this to us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment in order to give us enough time to complete the request and stop the payment.
