I would like to find out how much my loan will end up costing me when it's all said and done. Where can I find this information?

The total cost isn't the same for every loan. Our finance charge is based on your creditworthiness, our proprietary scoring method, the amount you choose to borrow and the length of time you choose to keep your loan outstanding. Your finance charge and APR will be fully disclosed to you in your loan agreement which will be available to you before you choose to take out your loan. You can always speak to one of our team members to go over your loan agreement with you and discuss your specific costs. Apply NOW (https://***/) to see what you qualify for.

We wish we could offer that, but our customers are only allowed to have one loan at a time with us. Once your current loan is paid off, you can reapply the following day for a new one!

What will happen if I pay off my entire loan early? Are there any penalties associated with doing this?

I noticed that a payment was drafted from my bank account a day earlier than I expected. Why did this happen?

Sometimes this happens because we can't process payments on weekends or holidays. If you find yourself in this situation, just remember that your payment will be drafted one business day earlier, per the terms of your loan agreement.

Why do I owe more money than I borrowed, and where can I review a breakdown of finance charges and my APR?

As with all loans, credit cards and similar financial products, interest accrues on your principal balance. If you'd like to review your finance charges and APR, please take a look at your loan agreement that you e-signed when you accepted your loan. You can find your loan agreement in our customer portal, just log in here.

How can I request loan payments to stop drafting from my bank account, and how much notice do you need?

To stop the automatic ACH withdrawals from your account on file, please email your request to us at customercare@withuloans.com and include “Terminate EFT Authorization” in the subject line and state that you wish to terminate your EFT Authorization. Please also include your name, address, and loan account number in this email. Just an FYI, you'll need to send this to us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment in order to give us enough time to complete the request and stop the payment.

You have the right to rescind your loan at no further cost to you. To do so, you need to call us at (866) 404-0674 by 5:00 p.m. central time on the second business day following the date listed on your loan agreement. If you choose to rescind, you will need to immediately repay all of the loan proceeds that were given to you by an ACH payment at the time you call us to rescind.

I really need my money as quickly as possible! Can you tell me how long will it take to receive my funds?

It depends on how you chose to receive your funds. Here's the breakdown: Wire Transfer: You can get your funds on the same business day if you finalized your loan before 1:50PM CST. If your loan was finalized after this time, your money will be deposited by end of the next business day. We do not charge a wire transfer fee but your bank might and you should contact them for more information on this. Direct Deposit: Funds may be deposited on the same business day if your loan was finalized before 11AM CST. All loans finalized after this time should be deposited by the end of the next business day. Exact availability will be subject to your bank’s processing schedules, policies and recognized bank holidays. Paper Check: Typically arrives at your address on file via USPS within 7-10 business days.

Okay, there has to be some sort of catch, right? What happens once I'm approved, and how do I see all the details of the loan?

There isn't a catch! If approved, you'll be asked to review and accept the loan terms by electronic signature on our agreement page. Your finance charge and APR will be fully disclosed to you in your loan agreement. We believe in full transparency and want you to know every detail of the loan before committing yourself to it.

I would like to know, how does an Installment Loan work exactly? Do you suggest that I pay off my loan early?

An installment loan has fixed payment amounts and a fixed number of payments. Therefore, the loan will be paid in full after the last payment as long as no payments are missed. When you sign your loan agreement, you will be presented with the payment schedule based on the loan term you selected. However, we encourage you to pay off the loan as quickly as possible to save on interest.
