I would like to find out how much my loan will end up costing me when it's all said and done. Where can I find this information?
The total cost isn't the same for every loan. Our finance charge is based on your creditworthiness, our proprietary scoring method, the amount you choose to borrow and the length of time you choose to keep your loan outstanding. Your finance charge and APR will be fully disclosed to you in your loan agreement which will be available to you before you choose to take out your loan. You can always speak to one of our team members to go over your loan agreement with you and discuss your specific costs. Apply NOW (https://***/) to see what you qualify for.
I'm in a bit of a bind and I'm starting to stress out. What can I do if I cannot make my payment on time?

I haven’t paid my loan off yet but I’m in need of additional funds. Can I take out a 2nd loan with you?
We wish we could offer that, but our customers are only allowed to have one loan at a time with us. Once your current loan is paid off, you can reapply the following day for a new one!
Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to make my payments. What am I supposed to do in this situation?
Payments are fixed once the loan is approved. However, you're our lending partner, and we want to work with you to find you options. If you're struggling to make payments, call our team at 866-404-0674 and let's chat about how we can help.
What will happen if I pay off my entire loan early? Are there any penalties associated with doing this?
Only good things happen! Because, we never charge prepayment penalties, paying your loan off early is a great way for you to save money on interest. For this reason, we encourage you to pay off your loan as quickly as possible.
I noticed that a payment was drafted from my bank account a day earlier than I expected. Why did this happen?
Sometimes this happens because we can't process payments on weekends or holidays. If you find yourself in this situation, just remember that your payment will be drafted one business day earlier, per the terms of your loan agreement.
Why do I owe more money than I borrowed, and where can I review a breakdown of finance charges and my APR?
As with all loans, credit cards and similar financial products, interest accrues on your principal balance. If you'd like to review your finance charges and APR, please take a look at your loan agreement that you e-signed when you accepted your loan. You can find your loan agreement in our customer portal, just log in here.
How can I request loan payments to stop drafting from my bank account, and how much notice do you need?
To stop the automatic ACH withdrawals from your account on file, please email your request to us at email@example.com and include “Terminate EFT Authorization” in the subject line and state that you wish to terminate your EFT Authorization. Please also include your name, address, and loan account number in this email. Just an FYI, you'll need to send this to us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment in order to give us enough time to complete the request and stop the payment.
