You wont leave me alone

Someone takes out a loan once and you harass them with emails, letters and phone calls once the loan has been paid off. Why?

I lost my job 2 weeks ago, I was fired and I need WithULoan to suspend my account temporarily and to stop auto pay, until further notice. I had 2 jobs, to having none.
